1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 medium apple, cored
2 cups kale, chopped
4 to 6 ounces of filtered water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 ice cubes
Throw everything into the blender! Enjoy! (I usually do water, then kale, then fruits, followed by protein, and lastly cubes). Tends to blend the best that way.
