Michelle has been an integral part of the fitness journey i’ve been embarking on. I was introduced to her through taking TRX classes where I met her enthusiastic and highly motivational teaching style and perfectly timed, fun and high energy playlists each Wednesday night! Each class i’ve been to thus far has been different; each mixing and matching different moves and routines for a challenging full body workout — which is great for people like me who get bored easily! In addition to these classes, Michelle continues to motivate me outside of the TRX classroom as well. Not only does she freely share her knowledge about nutrition and wellness but I also feel that she is truly dedicated to my personal journey! She checks in with me to see how i’m feeling and to keep me motivated throughout the week and is always available to answer any question (however silly it may be) that I may have. Since meeting Michelle I feel stronger, more energized and knowledgeable about my body and fitness routine — keeping me wanting for more and more out of myself each day. Michelle provides a great, supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere for her students to reach their goals.
